MAP™ Profile is a management tool that indicates the motivational state, ability and personality traits of the individual . MAP™ Profile uses a 7-point scale in a three-tier module. For each module, a set of adjective checklist with scales ranging from –3 to +3 indicate the individual and corporate preferences. MAP™ Profile is designed to give a rapid and accurate assessment of an individual’s suitability for a full range of jobs.
