Trainer to inform student that feedback/apeal must be completed on the feedback/appeal form and submitted to the Centre Director.

FEEDBACK	APPEAL
The feedback shall be evaluated by the Academic Board and a response will be provided to the said student within 14 working days upon receipt of the feedback.	The appeal shall be evaluated by the Examination Board. The student shall be communicated of the appeal outcome within 14 working days upon receipt of the appeal. If the appeal is valid, Sigma will put up a written appeal report to University of Cambridge International Board (CIE) accordingly. CIE will respond within 4 months after submitting.
